coming up roses...

My family celebrated Mother's Day & my Birthday (May 12th) this past weekend.  Perfect Spring day in Atlanta.  

We had brunch at The Spence the restaurant my brother David works at.  Excellent brunch, friendly personable service, and superb coffee out in the garden.  Thats David to the right, Mom in the middle, and big brother Eddie with the shades.  

Capturing this moment in my families life was a beautiful moment in my life. 

 It gave me a chance to observe and to be more open about the experience of a special day.  Flowers symbolized our union.  Growth and radiance warmed our spirits.
